Any brave souls going to Las Vegas NV in August? You know July and August are probably the hottest months of the year there, right?
I don't think I have ever been to Las Vegas in August; I usually go in May. I'm pretty sure it was always 100+ degrees the few times I went in July. So during the day I stayed inside the hotels and casinos and never ventured outside until evening. It's a dry heat there. But, believe me, it's a very hot, dry heat.
So, roll call. Anybody going in August?
I might try to go in September if I can get a cheap flight. With the high gas prices, it might even be cheaper for me to fly.
ReplyDeleteLast time I stayed at Imperial Palace. Not fancy but easier on the budget. I actually prefer Treasure Island.
